Title: Lakeland welcomes Amazon, But its not all with open arms
Link: https://www.theledger.com/news/20190520/lakeland-welcomes-amazon-but-its-not-all-open-arms

This articles talks about how the city of Lakeland has felt a deal with Amazon at the local airport for Amazon to fly 8-10 planes in a day to stock the distribution centers locally. The people who work at Lakeland Linder Airport are excited that this deal has come to close but locals are nervous the many planes coming and going will bring unwanted noise as well as trucks on the roads bringing extra unwanted traffic. The people of the community think the overall project is a good one but wanted to be in more the know.

Having a problem that will happen no matter what you do like this as a citizen is a little nerve racking. The problem being noise complaints, traffic concern as well as a city that has moved forward without hearing the people first.

The city has a problem here because the commissioners will lose the respect of the public if they continue to feel repressed by the community.

Title: Nineteen61 chef to open restaurant at Lakeland Linder

This article talks about how the chef at the highly popular Nineteen61 greek restaurant. Marcos Fernandez started Nineteen61 and had a second restaurant open and close in 2018. Now he will try and recreate the failed restaurant at the airport and do it in a "hybrid" way. This is a concern because he is going to base off of a failed restaurant in a more popular section of the city and now is going to reach out and try to create something that will last out of the city limits and not close to many locals.

The problem I see here is the effort to recreate a failed business and doing that in a not popular location. The last restaurant that was in this location survived 5 years but as a citizen of this community, I have never heard of it. So that is what I would fear going into this adventure.

Marcos Fernandez has the problem of coming up with the marketing of his new restaurant. Also coming in with a plan out of a restaurant that didn't last a year is an issue. Nothing is certain and he could learn from his last one but it is still a problem none the less.

The problem is having a start up. There will always be something gone wrong in the first few years.

The school will have the issue of making this program a valuable one and enticing the students to take these courses.

With a helium problem the party city stores will be closing by the dozens this year. That can only lead to other competitors to seize the opportunity to take some business back. Every time stores close down, the demand is still there and will be saved by competitors.

Party City has a huge problem. They need to restock on helium before the word of not having things in stock goes public to keep their customers happy.

This is about a local student who has made its way to the top 600 students in the national spelling bee. He has the opportunity to win and be the first from this town to win the whole thing. Though an unlikely feat, it is still awesome to see local kids do the hard work and get to this stage.

The other students are the ones facing this problem. This kid is coming at them with everything he has. He won't go down easy so these other 8th graders need to watch their step.
