7A- Hypothesis

1.)  Selling a fertilizer to growers who see the expensive price, but don't pay attention to the longevity and quality of product. Who: Agriculture growers. What: Aren't able to see the quality and longevity of the better product. Why: They see cheaper alternatives and will blindly choose those. The nursery business is one that not many people will look to for financial supply. Most people do not want to be out getting sweaty in the sun all day planting millions of plants. 1.) Economy booming, Higher housing prices I saw on the news that with the economy doing so well, the housing market has shot up. The reason being is because people have more money to spend on houses so the homeowners selling are trying to get the best bang for their buck now before the market crashes again. The most likely will to buy in on this is young families who are looking for a bigger long term home. These folks will buy from those who are trying to downsize and it will benefit both parties.  This is pretty easy. The best feeling is to have money and be able to spend it on a home you love. The folks selling are essentially having the opportunity of downsizing as well as helping a young family start their new home off well. 2.) 5A- Identifying Local Opportunities

The people who work at Lakeland Linder Airport are excited that this deal has come to close but locals are nervous the many planes coming and going will bring unwanted noise as well as trucks on the roads bringing extra unwanted traffic. The people of the community think the overall project is a good one but wanted to be in more the know. Having a problem that will happen no matter what you do like this as a citizen is a little nerve racking.
