24- Conner Fertilizer
Tour like golf courses are what every individual who plays the sport likes to see in their local course. Though that may not be a complete possibility due to budgets and number of course workers, the best play for your dollar can be achieved easily. There are many formulas for fertilizer out there in this world. Not many would come to the average persons head when asked, but let me introduce you to my product. My fertilizer has a product called polyon, polyon is a fertilizer that is coated with an environmentally friendly coating and that coating is bonded together by heat process to the actual fertilizer so there is no air space in-between the coating and product. This gives us a lot of room to play with due to the fact that it will be controlled releasing and a much longer release than competitors. Due to the fact that the release points last longer, the number of applications per year will be shrunk compared to competitors. Let's say that we compare two fertilizer products, one polyon and the other unnamed. They say their product last 6-8 weeks before it's completed its cycle. If we looked at the charts that tell us the fertilizer amounts being fed to the surface, it would show that it indeed is still sending off fertilizer week 8, but the amount of it would be to the point where you would need to already have a new app starting around week 5 or 6. With polyon, the fertilizer numbers show that it is still giving out the correct amount to feed on week 7 and 8, then a drop starts. When that happens, the grass feeds on less and looks greener than ever. Now you're only applying twice or three times a year instead of four to five times, that saves you a lot of money, thousands of dollars per application saved. So even though our product is priced higher than the competitors who have the cheapest and still at the top product, ours will last much longer and put money back in your pocket in year one. On top of that, our fertilizer will make your grass as green as its ever been, giving you the want to return to our product and continue to make your guests happy as they play your course. One of the benefits to our product is that we work well with so many different venues. We don't stick to just local courses but strive to give the top courses a prime fertilizers well. There is nothing that we can't fertilize. Yes, a no budget big time course would bring in great revenue, but also the local courses that people play everyday and have many rounds on that grass. We want to see what your problems are and give you a solution that will work custom to your condition. We do have basic stock formulas but encourage our clients to et us take a look at the grass and give our diagnostic to fix it and continue to feed what it needs. Custom blends will work better and again we encourage them to let us help in the best way possible.
On top of being able to make every home golf course look amazing, there is so much opportunity and growth that the fertilizer business brings. Besides golf courses we could fertilize farms, sports fields and nurseries with this product as well. If you think about the way you purchase fertilizer, it's per acre. The acreage in golf is pretty good, but in the farming world its huge! The possibilities as a business moving into a world like farming would benefit us so much. That is an idea we could go after to really bring out the best possible revenue. That also is a stingey business to capture because a lot of farmers are wanting to do what they always have done, instead of growing and expanding their ideas. They also are very loyal to what brings them money as well. So if we were able to move into that direction and give them a trial to compare what we can bring to the table and what they have already, I feel that we could expand greatly the perspective of controlled releasing fertilizers in the ag world.
On top of all this, in the midst of all things being polluted by agriculture, we have a product that does no pollution or runoff to affect the environment. A lot of controlled releasing fertilizers or coated fertilizers in general, have struggled with this because the actual coat doesn't dissolve and literally leaves small round balls all over the field where ever it as placed. That along with the runoff into ground water by being released too quickly and the plant can only take so much, this is a product that is in no danger of releasing too fast for the plants uptake, but one that lasts longer than any other on the market. No runoff, no leaching into ground water, longer lasting, less applications per year. This sounds too good to be true. Besides the product costing more upfront, with everything I have mentioned so far, this actually would be cheaper down the road, so in total and using it repeatedly it won't be any more expensive than others on the market. This will be one of my selling points because when the results are shown and the customer is happy and they get a chance to come back, they're not only making a decision best for the products they're selling but a business one as well.
